Security in Hotel

Hotel City is ready to welcome you in total safety!
Information signs have been installed in the hotel to facilitate the procedures to be followed.

RESTAURANT: ASSISTED BUFFET SERVICE
From breakfast to dinner, our buffets will be set up with the utmost respect for safety measures and one of our collaborators will be available to help you in your choices.
We will maintain our gastronomic program with two evenings: the typical “Abruzzo” and the “sea” evening.
If you then decide you want to have your meals in your room, there is no problem. Our room service is at your disposal.

ROOMS and COMMON SPACES
The common areas are cleaned and disinfected every day with special authorized products, at least twice a day, taking care to maintain an excellent air exchange. This attention is also placed on all furnishings and objects, especially those of common use, cleaned and disinfected before and after each use or when changing use between people.
The rooms are sanitized at each change of customer and are cleaned daily as per internal program.
Each room will be carefully sanitized with specific authorized products.
You can also choose not to let our staff in your room; if you wish we can provide you with a small cleaning kit.

POOL and BEACH
In water the virus does not “attack”! So green light to many baths in the sea and in the pool.
On the beach you will have adequately spaced umbrellas for maximum comfort and outdoors you will not have to wear a mask !!!
The pool is periodically checked to ensure that the water safety parameters are respected.
Sunbeds and chairs by the pool can be used freely keeping the distance of 1.5 meters. one from the other if you are not from the same family or you are staying in the same room.

ANIMATION AND MINI-CLUB
… Otherwise it wouldn’t be a holiday!
With all the necessary precautions and scrupulously following the protocols we will be able to offer you moments of pure fun as always.
The activities will be reorganized for small groups, in different spaces and times but… nothing will be missing!

CHECK IN
We have activated online check-in to facilitate and speed up check-in operations. Before your arrival you will receive an email with all the instructions.
At the Hotel, check-in will be possible from 3.00 pm onwards to allow for the sanitation and sanitation of your room.

REINFORCED CLEANING
In addition to the normal routine cleaning, the common areas will be sanitized several times a day.
